Classic Spray Guns – multispray –

The spray gun (aluminium, anodized) using the suction principle for low-viscosity liquids (paraffin, wax-oil). Nozzle with Ø 3 mm, adjustable jet. Available with straight or swivel spray-pipe. Spray container of plastic or metal as well as hose connector.
Air connection: Plug for rapid-action coupling.

Spray Guns for Chassis

A low-fog spray gun (aluminium, anodized) using the suction principle, especially for spraying underseal. The spray-jet is enveloped in a cone of air which makes it almost completely free of fog. The flat-jet nozzle is provided with threads so that it can be connected to an extension hose (LW 6) in order to introduce low-viscosity means of preservation (wax-oil) for hollow spaces.

The spray container is made of plastic or metal; there are R 40 threads to take standard-size commercial cans or for hose connection.

Spray Gun with Pressure Cup – carprotect –

Low-fog spray gun with pressure cup for thick (high-viscosity) sprays and extensions of any length with ball spray head. With this gun there is no dripping of the spray when interrupting work because a nozzle needle closes the opening of the spray nozzle.

Strong one-liter aluminium cup with large filling hole.

Even spraying of the thick (high-visco-sity) undercarriage-seal (wax-based or bitumen-based), with a working pressure of about 6 bar and an air-flow of about 19m³/h or 315l/min. Spraying of normal, thin spray is carried out on this spray gun with a working pressure of approx. 5 bar and an air-flow of approx. 17m³/h or 285l/min. Economical use is achieved by enveloping the spray jet in a cone of air. Easy and safe for working personnel. When using as a spray gun pull the lever slightly.

Strong and yet light-weight construction, ideally suitable for garage work to protect against corrosion. Air connector with G¼ detachable hose connection for hose 5-6mm, or with plug for rapid-action coupling.

Cartridge Gun

The cartrigdge gun works using compressed air and is suitable for using customary 310 ml plastic cartridges for sealing, grooving and connecting with silicone or acrylic sealing compounds.

Sand Blasting Gun

For removing rusted areas that cannot be easily reached by a grinder or other equipment our sand blasting gun is just the right tool. Whether it´s question of little rusty places on cars and other vehicles or machines, they will pose no problem for our sand blasting gun. In the shortest time the largest rusted places will disappear so that any priming paint will again adhere.

Repainting or galvanic treatment is possible only after sand blasting.

– For the spray, special blasting sand (granulation between 0,3 – 0,7) can be used.
Suction height at various working pressures. The suction heights given are valid for water, for sand the suction height is about 50%.

HVLP Paint Spray Gun – paintprofi –

HVLP SYSTEM is the solution to combine quality and reliability with economy at the same time meeting the environmental regulations. Spray gun for the application of primers and paints in body shops; compact and light, they are particularly suitable for any paint products in industry and wood processing. RECOMMENDED AIR PRESSURE DURING USE FOR STM HVLP: 2 BAR (28,6 Psi) At the recommended air pressure the spray gun respects the European and U.S. ecological norms for which the transfer efficiency must be above 65% and /or the air pressure at the exit of the air cap must not be superior to 0,7 bar (10 psi).

HVLP-Paintspray gun – minipaint –

Compact and handly spray gun CE as a mist reduced and and enviromentally friendly HVLP version with high colour transfer rate (66 – 80%) with a low flow operating pressure (2,0 – 2,5 bar) at the same time. Equipped with stainless steel nozzle components for processing water-based paint.

Especially suitable for smaller surfaces, partial painting of vehicles as well as a wide range of decorative painting work. Quality and precision accuracy paired with optimal ergonomics guarantee perfect results.
